How it started..
The idea for Modi Guitars started with a brainstorming session between an artist and a gitarist. It was the search for something new. "What else can i paint on? What can i do thats unique?"
It all started with a simple idea, fueled by a deep passion.
Fueled by passion
It all began in 2012, with a few guitars, a creative spark, and a passion for turning ordinary instruments into something unique. Back then, I never imagined how much life could change, or how long that passion would have to wait.
After my divorce, the guitars fell silent. For years, I didn't pick one up. Sometimes life takes you down unexpected roads, and the things that once made you feel alive slowly fade into the background. Not because the passion is gone, but because you need time to find your way back to it.
Then, inspiration found me in the most unexpected place: right next to me at work.
The guitar that brought me back
For years, I sat beside a colleague who was growing as a musician in her own rock-punk band. Watching her passion, dedication, and journey reminded me of something I had almost forgotten — the feeling of creating, the thrill of music, and the freedom of expressing yourself through an instrument.
She didn't need to tell me to start again. Simply watching her follow her passion was enough to reignite something inside me.
And so, after years of silence, I picked up a guitar again.
This guitar represents more than a custom design or a creative project. It represents a return. A reminder that passion can lie dormant without ever truly disappearing, and that sometimes all it takes is a little inspiration to find your way back to the things you love.
Modi Guitars was born from passion, shaped by life's experiences, and brought back to life through inspiration.
Because it's never too late to start again. Sometimes, the next chapter begins with six strings, a little courage, and the decision to play one more time.
